Hanoi Baguette Fit Out
A compact CBD café, delivered without compromise.Hanoi Baguette was inspired by the vibrant energy of North Vietnamese street food culture. The design drew on the atmosphere of bustling kitchens, fresh ingredients and tropical forests.
The fit out features a strong use of natural timbers, lush greens, and organic textures to create a space that feels warm, welcoming, and full of character. While the customer experience was a key driver of the design, functionality behind the scenes was equally important. The kitchen and service areas were carefully planned to maximise workflow efficiency, allowing staff to prepare and serve customers in a seamless and streamlined way.
