Design brief

The design brief for Marzola Hair Skin & Wellness was to create a functional and inviting space within the constraints of an existing heritage structure. Housed in a beautiful old stone building, the tenancy came with plenty of character.

Solution

Rather than fighting against the building, we embraced its strengths. Every fit out decision was carefully considered to work with the solid stone walls and existing structure, creating a layout that felt natural, efficient, and cohesive. The result is a space that celebrates the history of the building while delivering a modern, practical environment for both staff and customers.

Projects like Marzola are a reminder that a great fit out isn’t about forcing a vision onto a space, it’s about understanding its character and making it work to its full potential.
