- Do you handle design, or just construction?
We offer both. Depending on your needs, we can quote from existing drawings or work with you on a design and construct basis
- Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We’re a licensed general builder, covering commercial and residential projects up to three storeys, and fully insured for every job we take on.
- How long does a typical fit out take?
That’s a difficult question, as every project is different. The timeframe depends on the size, complexity, and scope of the fit out. As a guide, a smaller fit out of around 100m² may take approximately 4 weeks to complete, while larger, more complex projects can take up to 3 months or longer. During the design and planning stage, we’ll provide a detailed construction program, so you have a clear understanding of the expected timeline from start to finish.
- Can I use my own architect or designer?
Yes, we are happy to quote on designs already completed by other parties.
- How much will my fit out cost?
The cost of a fit out depends on the size, complexity, and type of project. Specialist fit outs such as hospitality, medical, and commercial kitchens typically require more services, compliance, and coordination, making them more expensive than a standard office fit out. The condition and layout of the existing tenancy can also create opportunities for savings or present additional challenges.
